Our self-study programs are built as an intrinsic part of a professional development training program. Designed with the employee in mind, these programs can be attended at any time the schedule allows. There is no fixed time at which participants must be on the computer or in the classroom. In this way, Learning: On Demand meets the training needs of our industry, from both a management standpoint, and an employee development standpoint.
In each program, the student will have a slide presentation, with audio tracks to provide additional points for understanding and mastery. At the end of the program, a 20 question assessment will be taken by the student for a recorded grade, in order to assist in any Continuing Education requirements held by the company.
Consistent with all Learning Without Scars offerings there is an evaluation of each session so that we can continue to develop products that meet the needs and wants of management and staff in the Capital Goods Industries. Rounding out the experience we encourage each participant to submit to us anything that they have implemented at their dealership, or individually gained from this course.
