How The Virtual Classroom Works

The Virtual Classroom programs have been developed to provide comprehensive training to the individuals who are destined to be your leaders in the future. They offer in depth coverage of a specific subject in each chapter. The focus is consistent with all of our work in that it is aimed at systems and process productivity, market penetration and profitability.

In each self-study program the student has between four and six hours of intensive learning. Each chapter will end with a multiple choice quiz and each unit will have a final examination. It is goal to have each student “learn” the specific subject matter. Each self-study program continues the development of the management and supervision in the operating departments, the sales force and the parts and service marketing groups.

Consistent with all Quest offerings there is an evaluation of each session so that we can continue to develop products that meet the needs and wants of management in the Product Support disciplines. Rounding out the experience we encourage each participant to submit to us, anything that they have implemented, at their dealership, gained from this course. The self-study content is continually evolving with each iteration offering more to the student. Coming soon will also be a “YouTube Channel” which will allow access to some of our short learning and informational blasts.
